MY STORY
The Beginning
Cassie's Cakes was founded in 2014 after taking several of the Wilton Cake Decorating Classes where I received several certificates. As a child I've always had a desire to bake. I used to spend time in the kitchen watching my Aunt Esther blend together ingredients from recipes that were handed down from my grandmother. I started baking cakes and making different desserts for countless friends and family members. Over the years, that curiosity, is what bloomed Cassie's Cakes today. One day my dreams of opening my very own dessert store will come to pass. Until that day comes, I am a licensed home-baker and I bake delicious dessert freshly made to order.
